最近懒洋洋的。。也没什么多余时间和心情更新部落格，

实习真的是搞到我身心疲惫。。

发生过好多好多的故事都无法一一记录下来。

所以简短的。。回忆！

美食篇：Stonegrill

这家店的服务对于我来说有点不太好，餐厅没人竟然叫我们坐外面。不过，心情好的一家人就那样算了吧！特点是这块石头~别小看，连我扛起这个盘有点吃力~起码也有2kg？食物没有腌制的很入味，也许目的是要吃出肉质原本的味道吧？口感还是不错的，可以自己选择要烤到几分熟。

旅游篇：Annah Rais Hot Spring                                                                                        

最近真的工作太累，所以一到周末就是要好好享受2天短暂的假期，尽可能地不想再面对电脑~因为面对电脑的时间比面对家人还多啊~这是一个我不曾去过的地方-对啦，就是温泉啦！

山路崎岖，有惊无险地驾了2个小时多的车程才抵达目的地.

由于路很窄再加上大型的车无法经过独木桥，所以驾驶需要格外的小心。

一般来说真的很少人会特地来，地点还真有点远~

要走一小段的路才能到达哦~

目的地！温泉啊~就是这样的。。很不像温泉的地方。。哈哈

少不了的！！要煮蛋~

没带温度计，不然可以证实一下那温度到底有夸张的高！

不是盖的，我连脚完全放不进去已经通红了~

所以，还是在溪边玩算了。。

一个小小的地方，我们却可以在那里玩上5小时~（很离谱的地步）

有很多拍照的spot~很自然~

所以呢？

要等到你自己亲身来体验就知道！

玩了一番之后，就是sunburn！！幸好狂涂aloe vera gel 后情形好转。。

期待下一次的短暂旅行？那怕是海边或爬山都好~

只要有时就很向往大自然的怀抱

10月份的到来，

实习也过安然地过了13个星期~

不过怎么觉得我好像做了6个月？

打工族的悲哀，我亲身体验了。。><

接下的11个星期。。未知~希望一切顺利！

Deli café patisseries Kuching

Bought “many many” vouchers from GROUPON recently, 

So its time for food hunting~my favourite!!! Hiak hiak~

First destination??

Here we reach the place~Deli café patisseries!!!!

Souvenir corner, here they sell a lots unique souvenir from Sarawak includes magnet, key chain, accessories,etc..

The cozy dining place

I bought the meals for 4 peoples~

includes...

Spaghetti with herb and tomato sauce  

 Macaroni with creamy mushroom sauce

Main course of half of a 10” pizza served with a side of spaghetti. 

There are 6 flavours available, we chose Deli homemade and Hawaiian Chicken flavour! 

Both of them taste nice~

The pizza were fresh baked and with the top thick layer of cheese~you definitely LOVE it!

After meal? dessert time~

We choose 2 Raspberry yogurt, Rozel, Cappucinno flavour~

 Rozel taste a bit sour compared to Raspberry yogurt, 

these 2 flavours are suitable for those who don't like "sweetness" too much

Cappucinno brownie is another good choice too! Good option for coffee lovers!

Worth or not??

Sharing-Planet, Stapok Kuching

Last weekend went dinner together with my dear family!

Sharing-Planet, here’s the place that I always use to hang out with friends or having dinner together with my family.

Don’t be surprised, there are more and more western food restaurant operate within their house boundaries nowadays in Kuching. You need to walk a distance then only reach the restaurant.

Our order:

Ice blended vanilla oreo RM7.80

Chicken chop RM12.80

Supreme De Volaille (with cheese and ham) RM15.80 my favourite! 

BIG portion for me...>_<

Fish n chips RM12.80

**All food served with coleslaw and French fries.**

The time we went there around 615pm, but around 7pm, well its dinner time and fully packed!  There were many peoples queued outside for available seats.

Bintawa Kueh Chap, Kuching

Have you heard of Kueh Chap before? It is a famous local food in Kuching, MUST TRY for chinese because it is pork! What is Kueh? It’s kind of flat noodles similar to kueh tiao but in bigger pieces, and Chap? It means the pork meat and innards.  

There are quite a number of kueh chap stalls available in Kuching, but hardly find the nice one. For me, I know a few stalls which famous of Kueh Chap like Poh Kwong Park, or the 3rd mile.

I have blogged the chinese version before, but not much description and photo attached.  So I will write a full review about this shop- Bintawa Kueh Chap

Last Sunday was my second time went to that shop since my mummy was craving for kueh chap long time ago. I been there once after I come back from KL. I really missed the food so much!

The place would normally packed during especially dinner time. No jokes, last time I went during night for dinner around 930pm and there still a lots of customer having kueh chap!!

There are 3 sizes available which are RM4, RM5, and RM6.

For the ingredients: you can choose bean curd(tauhu pok), egg, pork, chitterlings, pork bellies or mix

For noodles: Other than Kueh, you can choose kolo mee, kolo kueh tiaw, kolo mee pok, or rice

Here we ordered for the mix one~

I like the soup most; it is tasty and has a strong smell of herbs when you take a sip.

Apart of Kueh Chap, they do serve Ipoh pig vinegar and wantan too! 

But we dint ordered, just post the picture for a reference..=)

For the drinks, they sell their homemade herbal tea at RM1.80

Choices: sugarcane with chestnut, wintermelon herbal, lohan longan, red date white fungus, barley white fungus

Alfresco Wine | Dine Kuching

I had dinner together with my BFFs yesterday night at Alfresco Wine |Dine. Wow! Look at the name; you might think this place is a lounge bar! Actually, the concept is a combination of lounge bar together with the dining place. There are a quite number of people will “stunned” there when they see the entrance. LOL

Just pass through the lounge bar and you will see the dining place, what in front of you is open kitchen? In fact, I hardly find any western restaurant with this kind of concept before.  

I heard the name before, and there are many people ranking the restaurant provide the best western food in Kuching! So now I finally have a chance to go there and give a try.

Here ours order:

Mussels in chili cream sauce-New Zealand green shell mussels topped with cream sauce with a hint of sweet chili and wine served with garlic bread. The sauce is creamy and rich; you don’t taste any “spiciness” of chili sauce at all.  

Cheesy chicken chop served with fresh greens and mash potatoes.

Those who love cheese, this will be the best option for you!

Chicken cuttlet served with fresh greens and mash potatoes, BBQ and Mayonnaise sauce.

The dishes we ordered are super duperb nice! I will recommend for those who are western food lover, must give a try whenever you have a chance come to Kuching. All the dishes come in quite big portion and I will advise sharing is better for girls. The portions are TOO big for 3 girls. =P
